July schedule

Monday and Wednesday practices at the El Cerrito Dojo will occur on schedule (8:15 - 10:00 pm), with the following exceptions:

• Wednesday, July 4th: Practice cancelled; happy Independence Day!
• Wednesday, July 18th: Practice cancelled; USNF championship in Boulder
